Oct 1 - Elk Bugling

This image was taken in the Pennsylvania Elk country region of Benezette. The bull elk were bugling because the rut has started. I think it is one of the most beautiful sounds I have heard!

Thanks for all the nice comments on my Golden Horse image I posted yesterday! I am now trying to find a dragonfly!! Great images of them yesterday - I have never gotten one.
